Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
In researching and cleaning up the City§ tax files, the TreasunWs Office discovered matured tax liens
which were either not discharged at the time of payment, or that should have been discharged before
maturity. Due to the lapse of time, a quitclaim deed must now be issued. This Order would authorize
execution of the deed on release the Citys interest in the property by virtue of the matured liens.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting held on November e
