In researching and cleaning up the Otys tax files, the Treasurers Mce discovered matured tax liens
which were either not discharged at the tlme of payment, or that should have been discharged before
maturity. Due to the lapse of time, a quitclaim deed must now be issued. This Order would authorize
execution of the deed to release the Otis Interest in the property by virtue of the matured liens.

ORDERED,
THAT Ronald I. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby aut olimd, on behalf of the City
of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the City may
have in real estate located at 108 Patten Sheet in said Bangor by virtue of a 1998 tax
lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 6720, Page 61. Said deed
shall be directed to Sohn J. ODea and David Smallwood, and in a form to be approved
by the City Solicitor's Office.
