Due to the lapse of time, a quitclaim deed must now be issued. This Order would authorize execution of the deed to release the Otis Interest in the property by virtue of the matured liens. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby aut olimd, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the City may have in real estate located at 108 Patten Sheet in said Bangor by virtue of a 1998 tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 6720, Page 61.
