In researching and cleaning up the City's tax files, the Treasurers Office discovered matured tax liens
which were either not discharged M the one of paymenq or that should have been discharged before
matunty. Due to the lapse of time, a quitclaim deed must now be issued. This Omer would authorize
execution of the deatl to release Die Citys Interest in the property by virtue of the matured liens.

ORDERED,
THAT Ronald I. Heller, France Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City
of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may
have in real estate located at 32 Tripp Drive in said Bangor by virtue of a 1998 tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 6720, Page 225. Said deed shall
be directed to Allied E. Tripp, Jr., and In a form to be approved by the City Solicitor's
Office.
