recorded in November 2000 has matured. The Waste vaterTmatment Plant has received payment In full
from GMAC Mortgage, and the Bank has requested that the to the property go back in the property
owners name. Because the lien has matured, Council approval is necessary m release the Cdy's Interest
in the property. The real estate taxes are current.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real
Estate Locatecl at 93 Grant Street
THAT Deborah Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf
of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the
City may have in the real estate located at 92 Grant Street in said Bangor by virtue of
an undischarged sewer lien recorded in Book 7538, Page 8, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Dwight W. and Patricia Chadbourne, a copy of
said deed being attached hereto.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maim, m Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to DWIGHT W. anal PATRICIA CHADBOURNE,
both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, a Grantees, a certain lot or tercel of land with the
buildings thereon, sitnete is the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly
described as follow¢, viz:
Real estate located at 92 Grant Street is said Bangor and
described in a deed recorded in Book 4866, Page 117,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real eamte is
fume described in City records as Assessor's Map 38,
Lot 73, sewer account number 010-103.
Any and all other rights, easements, pnvdeges and appurtenances
