Commentary:
This ONer would grant a second extemion of tentative developer status to Martin Schneider for
development of a City owned development parcel on Exchange Street. By passage of Council Order
02-64 on December 26, 2001, the City Council designated Martin Schneider the tentative developer of the
City development parcel formerly known as Urban Renewal Pmcel B-13 unfil March 25.2002. On March
25, 2002 the City Council passed Council Order 02-154 extending Tentative Developer Status for six
months until Septembu 25, 2002 to enable Penquis CAP m secure the financing and authorimtions
ncededford:epmprouldevelopment. Penquishes againadood Mr. Schneidertorequestofthe Citya
two-month extension of his tentative developer status to enable Penquis CAP m fully research potential
fin arcing for the project.

ORDERED, THAT
WHEREAS, the City Council by passage of Council Order 02-64 on December 26, 2001,
designated Martin Schneider as the tentative developer of the City owned development parcel as
Exchange Street, formerly known as Urban Renewal Parcel B-13, mail March 25, 2002; and
WHEREAS, by passage of Council Order 02-154 on March 25, 2002, the City Council
extended Martin Schneider's tentative developer status six months until September 25, 2002 to
enable Penquis CAP to secure the financing and authorizations needed kr the proposed
developmen4 and
WHEREAS, Martin Schneider and Pen Luis C.A.P., loc, have requested an additional two
months to enable there to fully research potential Bouncing for the proposed development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BANGOR THAT, the designation of Martin Schneider as the tentative developer of the City
owned development parcel on Evchmge Street is hereby extended two months until November
25,2002.
