By passage of Council Order 02-64 on December 26, 2001, the City Council designated Martin Schneider the tentative developer of the City development parcel formerly known as Urban Renewal Pmcel B-13 unfil March 25.2002. On March 25, 2002 the City Council passed Council Order 02-154 extending Tentative Developer Status for six months until Septembu 25, 2002 to enable Penquis CAP m secure the financing and authorimtions ncededford:epmprouldevelopment.
