The applicants, Gopher Rill Communications, Summer Street capital
and the City of Bangor are requesting a zone change for three
parcels of land from General Commercial and Service District to
Downtown Development District and four parcels of land from
General Commercial and Service District to Waterfront Development
District. The parcels are located at 240 Main Street, 40, 60,
61, 72 and 84 Summer Street and 9 May Stt and contain
approximately 4.99 acres.

TBAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of the
City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further
amended as follows:
Bychanging a parcels of land located at 240 Main Street, 61 Summer
Street and 9 May Street (Tax Map No. 42, Lots 55, 58 and 60) from
General Commercial and Service District to Downtown Development
District and by changing parcels of land located at 40, 60 72 and 84
Summer Street (Tax Map No. 43, Lots 11, 14, 18, and 20) from General
Commercial and Service District to Waterfront Development District
Said parcels containing approximately 4.99 acres and heing more -
particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof,
