Commentary:
Payment has been received by the Treasury office of all outstanding real estate taxes on property located
at 14 Fowle Road and owned by Pamela Hart. The collected amount included a matured tax lien.
Because the lien has matured, Council approval is needed to release are Interest of the City In the
Property. There are no outstanding sewer charges or code issues with the property.

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 14 Fowle Road In said Bangor by
virtue of a matured real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of
Deeds in Book 7407, Page 21. Said deed shall be directed to Pamela J. Hart, a copy of
said deed attached hereto.

The CITY OF BANGOR, amunicipal corporation located or Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to PAMELA J. HART, of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City
of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real astute located a 14 Fowle Road in said Bangm and
described in a dead recorded in Volume 6005, Page 29,
Penobsom County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is
father described in City records as Assessor's Map 12,
Lot 37-A, real est. re account namber 2748.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging the granted estate are hereby conveyed-
