This amount Included two matured tax liens. At the same time, there were also sewer liens that needed to be lead off. Payment has now been received from Mr. Waite. Because the tax liens have matured, Counal approval is needed to release the aWs interest in the property. There are rm rode Issues with the property. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 238 Husson Avenue Unit 2Q in said Bangor by virtue of matured real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 7096, Page 137 and Book 7408, Page 51. Said deed shall be directed to James P.
