As a result of an investigation Stephen Sanborn, age 51 of Bangor, Maine, was arrested on April 10, 2000 and chargetl with safficidng in Schedule "W" drugs (ogmnfin). Prosecutors in the case filed for forfebure on an amount of cash that was seizetl from the defendant. Because Bangor Police Officers partidpated in this investigation, the Police Department may be entitled W a share of the forfeited assets in this case.
