While the workout agreement was in place, two of the liens matured and now need to be discharged. Treasury staff was nop0ed on July 16"' of a pending dosing on the property to be held on Friday, July 190. Because the liens have matured, a quitclaim deed! Is necessary to release the CINs Interest in the property. In order M accommodate the closing, a deetl was prepared and given to the closing agent. The current year's taxes will be prorated and paid at dosing. There are no outstanding sewer charges or mtle Issues with the property.
