The Wastewater Treatment Plant has received payment in full, and the property owners successor in interest, Joy M. Degenhar@, is requesting the back to the property. Because the lien has matured, Council approval is necessary to release the Qty's interest In the property. The real estate taxes are current and there are no code Issues with the property. The Finance Comm'htee recommended approval at its meeting on July 17, 2002. Said deed shall be directed to Joy M.
