owner's successor in Interest, Edward Glidden, is requesting title back W the property. Because the Igen
has maWretl, Council approval is necessary W release the Citys interest In the property. The real estate
taxes are current and there are no code issues With the property.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting on April 3, 2002

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf
of the City of Bangor, to exe ute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the
City may have in the real estate located at 366 Forest Avenue in said Bangor by virtue
of an undischarged sewer lien recorded in Book 7120, Page 279, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Edward F. Glidden, successor in interest to Rose
C. Glidden, a copy of said deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maitre, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to EDWARD F. GLIDDEN, of Brewer, Penobscot
County, Maine, successor in interest to Rose C. Glidden, as Greatest, a certain lot or parcel of Im l with
the buildings thereon, sincere in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly
described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 366 Format Avenue in said Bangor and
described in a deed recorded in Volume 7901, Page 325,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is
further described in City records as Assessor's Map 45,
Lot 28, Sewer Account Number 022-096.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appunenances
belonging to the granted estate are brushy conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described Property by vimust of an undischarged sewer lien assessed against Rose C. Glidden
and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 7120, Page 279. All public easements or
other public interests in the described Incomes for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly
reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
this day of April, 2002.
