The request is to change the Government and Institutional Service District zoning to a Contract Government and Institutional Service District. Be itadaixd by the 071'ofBaW,, as fo//o THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: By changing a portion of a parcel of land located on Thirteenth Street (Hayford Park) (Tax Map No. 22, Lot 36) from Government and Institutional Service District to Contract Government and Institutional Service District. Said parcel containing approximately 13.69 acres and being more particularty indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof. PROVIDED, HOWEVER THAT, in addition to the mandatory conditions Imposed by Chapter 165-7 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor, said change of zone is granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The use and/or operation of the subject premises shall be subject to the following limitations and/or restrictions: A. The use shall be limited to park and recreational facilities operated by public agencies or private nonprofit organizations. B. Accessory uses on the same lot and customarily incidental to and subordinate to the above uses. Development Standards Height: 40 feet Lot Area: None Building Coverage: 25% Lot Width: None Front Setback: 30 feet Side Setback: 20 feet Rear Setback: 30 Feet Open Space: None Floor area Ratio: 1.0 Impervious Surface Ratio: 0.9 Bufferyards: "B" a2-224 2. Execution by those parties with an Interest in the affected property of an agreement providing for the implementadon and enforcement of all the terms and conditions or forth above and the recording of mid executed agreement in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds by the property owner, a copy of mid agreement being on Ole in the office of the City Clerk and Incorporated herein by reference. In the event that mid agreement is not so executed within ninety (90) days from the date of passage hereof, this Ordinance shall become null and void.
