'r (TITLE.) Order, Granting Easements to Bangor Water District- Unaccepted Streets at Bangor International Airport By the Cify CixamV of the City of Bangor. ORDERED, THAT, whereas the Bangor Water District will be installing a new 16 Inch water main to provide fire protection for the Maine National Guard Facility Expansion project, and; WHEREAS, portions of the new water main will be installed in and along certain streets at Bangor International Airport which have never been formally accepted as public ways, and; WHEREAS, easements are required for installation of utilfty lines in unaccepted streets and adjacent airport property; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute easements granting rights to the Bangor Water District to install and maintain a new fire service main on Airport property at the following general locations: Along the southerly side of Cleveland Avenue, extending approAmately 700 feet north of Illinois Avenue; approximately 400 feet northerly along the westerly side of Maine Avenue to Hayes Street; approximately 600 feet along the northerly side of Hayes Sheat, and; BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, THAT these easements be in a form acceptable W the City Solicitor.
