By passage of Council Order 02-64 on December 26, 2001, the City Council designated Martin Schneider the tentative developer of the City development parcel formerly (mown as Urban Renewal Parcel B-13. This stems gave Mr. Schneider an exclusive Whom to negotiate a development agreement with the City for development of the parcel until Match 25, 2002. Mr. Schneider has proposed development of a 36,000 square foot professional office building on the parcel with Penquis CAP as the primary tenant. furious CAP has notified W. Schneider that it is their intent to award W. Schneider 's development team of H.E. Sargent, lnc./ BRC a desigrAbuild contract upon completion of preliminary investigations and authorizations.
