Item/subject: OROM-Amending the Sign Ordinance, § 260-7, Residendal, Agricultural and Park
and Open Space Districts.
Responsible Department: Code Enforcement
Commentary:
The purpose of this amendment is w permit non-residential historic properties located in the Multi -
Family & Service District to have one one -premises wall, pmjecting or freestmding sign, not to exceed 24
square feet. Currently, non -historic non-residential uses in the M&SD are pemutted 24 square foot sips;
hovrever, the historic designation reduces the size of the sign permitted to oNy 2 square feet.
