Ohio Street Two of the older liens were Inadvertently missed and not quitclaimed at the time of
payment. Because these liens have matured, Council appmval is necessary to release the Oty's Interest
in Cie property. The new, owner of the property Is Kenneth Nelson.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at Its meeting on March 20, 2002.
There are no code Issues with the property.

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf
of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the
City may have in the real estate located at 352 Ohio Street in said Bangor by virtue of
undischarged real estate tax liens recorded In Book 6719, Page 359 and Book 7095,
Page 271, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Kenneth Nelson,
successor in interest W William T. Meucci, a copy of said deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Barren, Penobscot County,
Main%as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to KENNETH NELSON, of Golden Gate Lune,
Shirley, New York 11967, successor in interest or William T. Meucci, as Guarantee, a chain lot or
parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and
more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 352 Ohio Street in said Bangor, and
described in deeds recorded in Book 2140, Page 833, and Book
7979, Page 45, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real
estate is further described in City records as Assessors Map
21, Lot 49.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging ro the Ignored estate are hereby conveyed
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of undischarged real ensure tax liens assessed against William T.
Meucci and recorded in Book 6719, Page 359 and Book 7095, Page 271, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
AR public easements or other public interests N the described premises for roads, sewers, or other
proposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
end signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR. Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
