The applicants, Judson M. Grant and Michael Longo are requesting
a zone change for a 225.3 acre area
of land located adjacent to
the Judson Heights Subdivision off Outer Broadway. The
applicants are requesting to change a 104.4 acre parcel from
Rural Residence and Agriculture District to aHigh Density
Residential Dietrich; a 71.4 acre parcel from Rural Residence and
Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District; a 36.4
acre parcel from Rural Residence and Agriculture District to
Shopping and Personal Service District; a 6.3 acre parcel from
Low Density Residential District to Shopping and Personal Service
District; and a 6.8 acre parcel from High Density Residential

THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of the
City of Ranger dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further
amended az follows:
By changing a portion of a parcel of land (Tax Map No. R-39, Part of
Lot 2) from Rural Residence and Agriculture District to Nigh Density
Residential District; portions of two parcels of land (Tax Map R-31, a
Portion of Lot 23, and Tax Map R-39, a portion of Lot 2) from Rural
Residence and Agriculture District to Low Density Residential
District; tyro parcels of land and portions of two parcels of land (Tax
Map R-31, Lots 22 and 25, and Tax Map No. R-31, a portion of Lot 23
and Tax Map R-39, a portion of Lot 2) from Rural Residence and
Agriculture District to Shopping and Personal Service District;
Portions of two lots (Tax Map R-31, a portion of Lot 26, and Tax Map
R-32 a portion of Lot 18) from Low Density Residential District to
Shopping and Personal Service District; and portions of two lots (Tax
Map R-31, a portion of Lot 26 and Tax Map R-32, a portion of Lot 18)
from Nigh Density Residential District to Shopping and Personal
Service District. Said parcels all being located off Outer Broadway
and Containing approximately 225.3 acres. Said parcels being more
particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
