The federal Transportation Security Hct requires Almort Security Screening be conducted by federal employees by November of 2002. As a transition to the federal work force, the Transportation Security Administration and the Airport would like to enter Into an agreement for the TSA to reimburse the Airport for all expenses associated wRh providing security screening services. Because of time contain o; the FAA needed the contract signed. This Resolve will ratify cite Airport Director's execution of the document. This liner contract is valid if and only if the contwhor accepts the following conditions: a. The parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions specified in the proposed contract, Sections B -I of the Model Contract, Enclosure (4). b. The Government hereby dircots baggage screening services to be performed at the airports and screening locations listed on the attachment of your proposal dated .
