The Wastewater Treatment Plar t has received payment in full, and the property owners are requesting title back to their property. Said deed shall be directed to John P. and Darcy O. Dionne, a copy of said deed being attached herein. DIONNE, both of Bangor, as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz: Real estate located at 36 Drew Lane in said Baagor and described in a deed recorded in Volume 4132, Page 295, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is further described in City records as Assessor's Map R55, Lot 121, Sewer Account Number 028-375. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
