(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Munitlpol Quittlaim Deed — Real
Estate Located at 102 Garland Street
THAT Deborah Cyr, Acting Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located a< 102 Garland Street in mid
Bangor by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in Book 6720, Page 202;
Book 7096, Page 99; and Book 7408, Page 19, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed
shall be directed to Richard M. Jr. and Marjorie Strang, a copy of said deed being
attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to RICHARD M. M and MAR3ORIE STRANG,
both of Burger, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grentecs, a certain lot or parcel of land with the
buildings thereon, situate in the City ofBangoq Penobscot County, Mang and more particularly
described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 102 Garland Street in said Bangor and
described in a deed recorded in Volume 2759, Page 338,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is
father described in City records as Assessor's Map 47,
Lot 157, Account Number 03590.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of "a deed is to release to the Grantees my interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of undischarged real estate tars liens assessed against the Grantees
and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 6720, Page 202; Book 7096, Page 99; and
Book 7408, Page 19. All public easements or other public interests in the described premises for
roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR bas caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR Finance Director, therea en duly authorized
this day of February, 2002.
