Commentary:
Payment in the amount of $1,351 was received from Conseco Mortgage far all outstanding matured tax
liens on a mobile home at Lot 105 In Holiday Park. Because Conserv did not receive notice of the liens as
required by State law, they did not pay the 2001 and 2002 taxes. The City is required to accept the
payment even though it did not coverall of the taxes. Because two of the liens had matured Council
approval is necessary to release the Citys interest in the property back be the property ovmer, Cindy L.
Pulia. There are no sewer charges or cote issues with the property.
The Finance Committee approved this M its February 6, 2002 meeting.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed—Mobile
Home Located at Lot 105, Holiday Park

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf
of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the
City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 105, Holiday Park in said Bangor by
virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in Book 6719, Page 117 and Book
7096, Page 7, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Cindy L.
Puiia, successor in interest to Darrell and Rhonda Duplisea, a copy of said deed being
attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Burger, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to CINDY L. PUHA, of Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, successor in interest to Darrell and Rhonda Duplirea, as Grantee, a certain lot or pacel of land
with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more
particularly described as follows, viz:
Mobile home located at Lot 105, Holiday Park m said
Burger, and further described as: 1979 14x 66 Oxford.
Said mobile home is further designated in City records
as real esmm account number 04562, Assessor's
Map R47, lot 7A.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and apprmeoances
belonging to the granted came are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Gunder may have in the
abovedesmibed property by virtue ofundiscbarged real estate text liens assessed against Darrell and
Rhonda D rplisea and recorded in Book 6719, Page 117 and Book 7096, Page 7, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. All Public easements or other Public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or
other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its cmpomm seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereunto duty authorized
this_ day of February, 2002.
