The Treasurer's Office received a request for a quitclaim deed discharging 1939 and 1940 liens that apparently were never discharged at the time of payment Because the liens have matured, Qty Council approval is necessary to release the Qtys interest in the property. There are no known rade violations or outstanding sewer bills. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting on January 23'°. Said deed shall be directed to Jeffrey Burns, successor In title to Bangor Humane Society and St. John's Parish, a copy of said deed being attached hereto. Said real estate is further described in City records as Assessor's Map R11, Lot 25. Any and all other rights, mseanems, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the granted estate we hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Gondar may have in the above-described property by virtue ofundisclo rged real estate for: lieu assessed against Bangor Hrmrene Society and SL John's Parish and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 1178, Pagel, Volume 1193, Pagel and Volume 1193, Page 126.
