Item/8ubjecC ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed - Real
Estate Located at 27 Hudson Road
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
Real estate taxes for the property located at 27 Hudson Road are current. The Treasurer's Office
received a request for a quitclaim deed discharging 1939 and 1940 liens that apparently were never
discharged at the time of payment Because the liens have matured, Qty Council approval is necessary
to release the Qtys interest in the property. There are no known rade violations or outstanding sewer
bills.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting on January 23'°.
