Detective Robert Hutrhings deveJoped Information related W the investigation that led to this
seizure. Detective Hutchings, a member of the Bangor Police Department who was assigned to the Maine
Drug Enforcement Agency (MDEA) conducted an investigation that resulted in two individuals being
charged with Unlawfully Trafficking Drugs.
Prosecutors in the case filed for forfeiture on an amount of cash that was seized from one of the
defendants. The $261.97 represents Bangor's share of forfeited assets in this case.
