We wish W recognise that the truck that is used in the operations is owned by Republic. We also wish W classify expenses for Republic employees doing snow plowing as "City expenses". In doing so, this will increase the incentive to Republic by an estimated $50/ per year but will also encourage them to use employees rather than the more expensive contract anowplowing service. We also will be paying the Incentive based on an annual amount rather than a monthly amount. This levels out the peaks and valleys seen in revenues and expenses and will actually save the Airport fonds.
