2002 Holiday Season

Bangor Hydro has offered a donation of $1,000 to the City for the purpose of lighting the Kenduskeag
Mall (aka Hannibal Hamlin Park) and Nommbega Parkway during the upcoming holiday season in memory
of Brian Flynn, a Director of Bangor Center Corporation from April, 1993 to lune, 1999. This Council
Order would accept the donation, and increase the Citys appropriation to Bangor Center Corporation by
$1,000 for the purpose of carrying out the lighting program in the Kenduskeag Mall and Norumbega
Parkway as part of its Downtown Holiday Lighting program.

Company to light the Kentluskeag Mall and Norumbega Parkway For the 2001-2002

The City of Bangor will increase its current year appropriation to Bangor Center
Corporation by $1,000 For Me purpose of carrying out Me lighting program in Me
