and sewer charges In the fatal amount of approdmately $7,000. Since several of the liens included had
matured, Council approval is necessary to release the City's interest in the property back to Ms. Black.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real
Estate Located at 696 Union Street

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 696 Union Street in said Bangor
by virtue of matured real estate tax and sewer liens recorded in the Penobscot County
Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Jean R. Black and in a form approved
by the City SolicitWs Office.
