Douglas Schmidt, mortgage holder for a vacant parcel of land located at 469 Valley Avenue, pall
outstanding taxes which includes a 1999 matured tax lien. There are no sewer charges or known code
issues. Mr. Schmidt has requested that the property be deeded back to him.

ORDEREDr
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
Interest the City may have in the real estate (land) located at 469 Valley Avenue in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
County Registry of Deeds in Book 7094, Page 264. Said deed shall be directed to
Douglas Schmidt, successor in interest to Christine M. Baird, a copy of said deed being
attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUETCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a mmicipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid releases to DOUGLAS SCHMIDT, of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, successor in interest to Christine M. Baird, as Grantee, a certain lot or pareel of land
with the buildings thereon, shone in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more
particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 469 Valley Avenue (tend) in said Bangor, and
described in a deed recorded in Volume 5420, Page 30Z
Penobscot County RegishyofDeeds. Said real estate is firrdrer
described in City records as real estate accoum number
46369, Assessor's Map ICA, Map 19.
Any and all other rights, easernerrcs, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this dead is to release to the Grantee any interest the Gramor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against Christine
M. Baird for the year 1999 and recorded in Book 7094, Page 264, Penobscot Registry of Heads. All
public easemears or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other
purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument on be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
this day of November, 2001.
