ORDERED, THAT Deborah Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the Cdy of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 51, Prays Mobile Home Park in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7095, Page 147, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.. Said mobile home is farther designated in City records as real estate account number 91661, Assessor's Map R21, Lot 5. Any and 0 other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Gramee my interest the Grantor may have in me above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax Gen assessed against Beth Hersey for the year 1999 and recorded in Book 7095, Page 147, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easerdems or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
