ORDERED,
THAT Deborah Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf
of the Cdy of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the
City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 51, Prays Mobile Home Park in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7095, Page
147, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.. Said deed shall be directed 0 Sarah Fleming,
successor in interest to Beth Hersey, a copy of said deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Groomer, for consideration paid releases m SARAH FIRMING, of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Main; successor in interest to Beth Hersey, as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of lead with the
buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly
described as follows, viz:
Mobile home located at Lot 51, Prey's Mobile Home Park
in said Bangor, and Either described as a 197212x66
Holly Park, Serial 86916346. Said mobile home is
farther designated in City records as real estate account
number 91661, Assessor's Map R21, Lot 5.
Any and 0 other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Gramee my interest the Grantor may have in me
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax Gen assessed against Beth Hersey
for the year 1999 and recorded in Book 7095, Page 147, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public
easerdems or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are
expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this investment to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
this_ day of November, 2001.
