Taxes were paid on property located at 59 Pine Street a couple of years ago. However, a municipal
quodaim deed was not Prepared. There are no sewer charges or known code issues. Because the tax
lien is matured, Council approval is necessary to release the Ory's Interest In the property back to the
current owners, now Doyle and Valele Sanders.

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 59 Pine Street in mid Bangor by
virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry
of Deeds in Book 6907, Page 81. Said deed shall be directed to Doyle G. Jr. and Valerie
M. Sanders, successors in interest to Philip D. & Margaret A. McGinley, a copy of said
deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corpom6on located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to DOYLE G. SANDERS, JR. and VALERIE M.
SANDERS, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, successors in interest to Philip D. and
Margaret A. McGinley, as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in
the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 59 Pine Street in said Bangor, and
described in dells recorded in Volume 3164, Page 59;
Bank 4199, Page 239; and Book 6176, Page 194, Penobscot
County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is further described
in City records as real estate account number 43167,
Assessor's Map 49, Map 42.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted caste are hereby covveyed.
The purpose of this dead is to release to the Grau[ees any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real carate tax lien assessed against Philip D.
and Margaret A. McGinley for the year 1997 and recorded in Book 6407, Page 81, Penobscot Registry
of Dads. All public easements car other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or
other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CM Finance Director, therearto duly authorized
this day of November, 2001.
