Installation of Natural Gas Distribution Mains
THAT a Utility Location Permit is hereby granted to Bangor Gas Company, LLC for
the extension of a 2 Inch diameter gas main beginning at the end of an existing
gas main on Park Street and running 100' southeast to Barlow Street and
perpendicular crossing of Harlow Street
This permit is granted subject to City of Bangor Street Opening Regulations and
any other requirements by the City Engineer.
NOTE: No separate public notice of this application to be made.

Bangor Gas Company, LLC respectively reyuests mindission to place and maintain
buried pipes, valves, caps, valve boxes, manholes, border wives, warning tapes other
fixtures in, along, under and across portions'of the surface of the public sncets and
highways as brother described in the attached table titled "Location permit Request".
The above referenced pipes and othir fixtures will be placed th accordance with the

WITHIN THE ROAD AND STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS
OF THE
CITY OF BANGOR -
As an integral pan of the development of me natural gas distribution system for
the City ofBstart, Bangor Gas proposes to install polyethylene natural gas
system piping within the road end street right-of-ways according to the table
includedbdow. Thepipemanuialwillbe PE2406,medimn sitypolyehylme
gas pipe. Tht pipe color will be yellow, in compliance with the national color
code standards for utilities. The pipe will bo installed by trenchless and/or
conventional open -cut ditch methods as best snit each location All gas mains
will be installed at a mirwnum depth of three feet bellow the fimahM surface
grade. Refer to the attacbed plans for details of the proposed construction.
