Until then the City would deal exclusively with Penview Associates for development of the site. Cuing this period, Penview, Associates would have o opportunity in submit for the City Council's consideration a more defined development proposal that would be incorporated into a development option agreement f me Council's consideration an or before October 27, 2003. The proposal submitted for the City's consideration shall be sulfident in derail to oudire the general scope of development and convey wf dent Information for the City to calamine the level of investment proposetl and character of the work to be performed. Preliminary plans submitted for.the Coundl's consideration as part of the developer option agreement are to include a she plan showing the proposed layout of the building and other site improvanents;.a preliminary Boar plan showing propereal general room layouts and -overall - Boor area for each floor, and a wirable croa-section or elevation of the building showing the relationship of fioors W surrounding grades and malar als W be used for exterior treatment.
