Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on - behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have In the mobile home located at Lot 23, Pray's Mobile Home Park in mid Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 7774, Page 38.
