The defendant had been operating an indoor grow operation at his residence in Sprirgfeld, Maine. Prosecutors in the case filed for forieiture on Ne defendan is property. Because Bangor Police Officers participated in this investigation, the Police Department was entitled to a share of the forfehe l assets in this case.
