The purpose of this Order Is to establish Me Processing Fee Schedule for processing fees and
advertisement reimbursement fees for 2003. This item was before the Infrastructure and
Development Support Committee at its meetings on May 27, 2003 and on June 10, 2003. At Its
meeting on June 10, 2003, the Committee recommended that the City Council adopt the
proposed Processing Fee Schedule.

AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED MAT the above processing fees shall be increased annually
on July 1° of each year beginning In 2009 by a percentage equal to the annual Percentage
increase in the consumer price index for the immediately preceding calendar year. Fees shall be
rounded up to the next highest dollar. The advertising relmbursement fees shall also be
increased annually on July 1' of each year beginning in 2004 by a percentage equal m any
advertising increases.
