of the Federal Equitable Sharing Program

Commentary:
Members of the Bangor Police Department who were assignetl to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency
(MDEA) were instrumental in the investigation that led to this seizure. As a result of an imaestigation,
Craig Parker was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs (Heroin).
Prosecutors in the case filed for Porteitte on an amount of ash that was seized from the defendant.
Because Bangor Police Officers participated in this investigation, Ore Police Department was entitled to a
share of dee forfeited assets in this ase.
