They are as follows: 1. Resolve required by TMe 20-A MRSA for the General Fund Budget of $34,021,669. 2. Resolve required by Title 20-A MRSA for the Vocational Education Region #4 operating budget of $2,226,370 (Bangor's assessment will be $426,263 and is induced in the Department's budget) and Adult Education Budget of $163,347 (Bangor's share is $8,390). 3. Resolve approving the school Department's Enterprise Fund Budget of $1,858,153. This covers Adult Education, Mod Service, and Reading assessment Programs. 4. Resolve approving the School Department's Special Revenue Fund Budget of $2,222,107. These are various grant programs. 5. Resolve approving the School Department's Trust and Agency Budget of $1,801,154. ResoWer Education Appropriation, Bangor School Department Pursuant to Title 20-A, Chapter 606, 15601-15619, Maine Revised Statutes Annotated By the City CoUwl Of the City of Bangor.' RESOLVED, that the sum of $11,203,938 be appropriated for the State's share of foundation allocation for school purposes for the year beginning July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004. RESOLVED, that the City of Bangor will mise and appropriate as the local share of the foundation allocation the sum of $14,141,243 for the year beginning July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 underthe provision of 20-A MRSA 15614. RESOLVED, that the City of Bangor will mise and appropriate $540,157 as the local share of debt service for the year beginning July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004. RESOLVED, that the City of Bangor will mise ant! appropriate $5,254,997 as additional local funds under the program of 20-A MRSA 15614. RESOLVED, to authorize the School Committee to expend, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 for the state -local allocation, unexpended balances, tuition receipts, local appropriation, state subsidy, and other receipts for the support of schools ($262,334, from the State share of debt semce, $1,904,000 from tuition, rental, and other local receipts, and $500,000 from 2002-2003 surplus) the sum of $34,021,669. RESOLVED, that the United Technologies Center Region #4 budget for 2003-2004 as approved by the Cooperative Board be approved in the amount of $2,226,370.00 (Sangora 2003-2004 assessment will be $428,283,.00 foropemting costs. This amount is included in the Bangor School Department's 2003-2004 budget. RESOLVED, that the United Technologies Center Region #4 budget for Adult Education for 2003-2004 as approved by the Cooperative Board be approved in the amount of $183,347.00 (Sangors 20032004 assessment for Adult Education will be $8,390.00.
