A subsequent Investigation led to the arrest of Ray Spaulding who was charged with unlawful trafficking and possession of scheduled drugs. Prosecutors in the case filed for remand on an amount of cash that was seized from the defendant. The Bangor police Department may be entitled to all or a portion of $3,404.00 in forfeited assets.
