Responsible Department: Legal This Order authorizes the Finance Director to execute quitclaim deeds to Michelle & Bradly Libby and Ralph Hand for the portion of Lancaster Avenue adjacent to their Properties. This portion of Lancaster Avenue was vacated as a matter of law in 1992 by 23 M.R.S.A. § 3032. The Finance Committee recommended that the Council approval of this Order at its lune 4, 2003 meeting.
