Phenix Inn). Because two of the liens had matured, Council appmval is necessary to release the City's
interest in one property back to the current property owner, Paul Johnson. The real estate and personal
Property taxes are current, and Mere are no outstanding code issues with the property.

CITY OF BANGOR
(TIRE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Dead — Real
Estate Looted at 20 Broad Street
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City. may have in real estate located at 20 Bread Street in said Bangor by
virtue of two undischarged sewer liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Book 7538, Page 109 and Bok 7700, Page 312. Said dead shall be directed to Paul A.
and Tekla M. Johnson in a fano approved by the Office of the City Solicitor.
