ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, 0 execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 50, Pays Mobile Home
Park in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 7775, Page 27. Said deed shall be directed to
Christopher Allen, successor in tide to Albert Vlolette and in a form approved by the
Office of the City Solicitor.
