This is an industry standard contract for maintenance services and all work is performed in accordance with Comair's instructions, manuals and directives and Connor's FAA approved maintenance program. The estimated average annual revenue generated through this agreement is $50,000.00. This includes the fees and rates associated with providing this service on a twenty-four hour per day, seven days per week on-call basis. This annual contract is up for renewal and has been reviewed and approved by airport management and the City legd department- As epartment As an overview, thus aircraft maintenance service includes providing and AAA -licensed Airframe and Powerplant methane to Comen on atwenty-four hour per day, seven days per week on-call basis: performing only morning departure services. Payment for services include: e $70.00 per man -lour for services performed between the hems of0430-2400. A $105.00 per mm -hour for services performed between the he= of 0001-0430. e $2,1M.00for one daily aircraft morning departure service per month. This is an indudry standard contract for maintenance services and it is recommended to approve a renewal of the content wrraei. As dways, all work is performed in accordance with Come'r's instructions manuals and directives aul Caree'n's FAA approved mdnteoence program.
