The rental rate for this facility would be $37,378 per annum as calculated using the current rate adjusted to reflect the changes in the CPI. The lease will be in a final form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor. This Item has been reviewed by the Business and Economic Development Committee which recomends approval.
