The lease agreement for Hangar One will be for a three-year term with two three -ye
options for renewal. The rental rate for this facility would be $37,378 per annum as
calculated using the current rate adjusted to reflect the changes in the CPI. The lease
will be in a final form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor. This
Item has been reviewed by the Business and Economic Development Committee which
recomends approval.

CITY OF BANGOR
(TOLE.) Order, AUTHORCUNG THE CITY MANAGER AND/OR AIRPORT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BANGOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND TELFORD
WHEREAS, Telford Aviation desires to lease certain premises known as Hangar One at the
Bangor International Airport for their aircraft parts distribution and aircraft maintenance
business; and
WHEREAS, The Bangor International Airport desires to lease such space to Telford Aviation and
this is consist with the Airport's mission,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT
The City Manager is hereby authodted to execute a lease agreement between the Bangor
International Airport and Telford Aviation, Inc. for the lease of Hangar One, said lease to be in a
form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
