The Airport Department has negotiated new rates and charges for landing fees, and exdusive and common -use areas within the terminal area. Carriers covered by the Agreements and Leases will he: At intic Coast Airlines, Corl PanAm, Boston and Maine Airways, American Eagle, Commute Air and U.S. Airways E%press/PSA. The existing leases expire at the end oftivs year. The Airport provided a copy of the proposed lease to the airlines and we have incorporated their comments. The City's Legal Department is reviewing the lease, which is nearly identical to the previous agreement. The lease has a three-year term. The rates and charges for More in the terminal building and landing fees remain constant for the first year and then have a modest increase in years two and three of the lease.
