A subsequent investigation led W the arrest of Nicole Martin of Bangor on lune 19, 2002. Ms. Martin was charged with unlawful trafficking and possession of scheduled drugs (Heroin). Proseci in the case filed for forfeiture on an amount of cash that was seized from the defendant The Bangor Police Department may he ent0ed to all or a portion of $1,252 in forfeited! assets. This Order will accept the forfeited cash.
