Because several of the liens had matured, Council approval is necessary to release any interest the City has In the property back to the property owners. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its January 22, 2803 meeting. MAKRIS, all of 19 Spruce Lane, Dover, New Hampshire, as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of lend with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz: Real estate located at 2082 Ohio Strew in said Bangor, and described in a deed recorded in Book 5475, Page 224, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds.
