The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council selhorize the City Manager to execute the attached quitclaim deed at its December 4, 2002 meeting. Nelson This portion of Greeley Street was neither built nor reserved by the City; consequently, ownusbip of this former paper s ren already passed to the adjacent property owners by stable in 1997. The purpose of this quitclaim deed is expressly recogrdze that Mr. Nelson owns the property.
