Commentary: when the original a eptanoe and appropriation of State funds for the
runway reconstruction project was done, the exact amount was not known. This Resolve
accepts and appropriates the difference between the amount originally anticipated ($122,152)
and the amount actually received ($166,666).

CITY OF BANGOR
(TITLE.) Resolve, Accepting and Appropriating Additional Grant Funds from the
State of Maine for the Rehabilitation of Runway 15-33, Taxiway K & M, and North
and South Hold Apron.
WHEREAS, The State of Maine has approved an additional $44,514 funds for
the City of Bangor's application for Airport Improvement Project grant funds
to make improvements to the infrastructure at Bangor International Airport; and
WHEREAS, these funds are in addition to the $122,152 previously accepted and
appropriated.

BANGOR THAT
Additional funds in the amount of $44,514 from the State of Maine for the
purpose of rehabilitation of runway 15-33, taxiways K & M and north and south
hold apron are hereby accepted and appropriated for this purpose.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT
The Finance Director is hereby authorized to place these amounts within the
appropriate accounts.

WHEREAS, the State of [Nine (acting through the Department of Transportation,
Office of Passenger Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the 'Project
Sponsor") ban determined it to be in the interest of the State that the Grant
Agreement between the Department and the City of s or (hereinafter referred
to all the 'Airport Sponnor"), accepted by said Airport Sponsor on the 36th
day of Suva. 0001, to be amended all hereinafter provided.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSEPH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the
Project Sponsor, on the one part, and the Airport Sponsor, on the other part
do hereby mutually agree as follows:
That the project description appearing on Page 1 of the Grant Agreement I5;

The Department hereby offers and agrees to pay, as the State's share of the
