One Iden was not disdharged in the Registry of Deeds at the time of payment. A quitclaim deed running to the current owner of the property, Anthony Kneeland, was recorded in the Registry on October 14a. All other taxes and sewer charges are amen. This Resolve will ratify the actions of staff.
