Commentary:
Real estate taxes assessed against property located at 91 First Street, formerly owned by John H. and
Sharon L Robinson, were paid off in 2001 when the property changed hands. One Iden was not
disdharged in the Registry of Deeds at the time of payment. A quitclaim deed running to the current
owner of the property, Anthony Kneeland, was recorded in the Registry on October 14a. All other taxes
and sewer charges are amen.
This Resolve will ratify the actions of staff.

(TITLE.) RESOLVE, Ratifying Execution and Delivery of Municipal Quitclaim Deed -- Real
Estate Located at 91 First Street
By the City Council of the City of Bangor:
RESOLVED,
THAT the actions of the Finance Director and City Solicitor in executing and
delivering a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing the City's interest in real estate located at 91
First Street by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded In the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds In Book 5662, Page 57 to Anthony C. Kneeland, successor in interest to John H. and
Sharon L. Robinson, Is hereby ratified and affirmed.
