Ordinance b Amending Land Development Cale — Contact Zone Change - 59 Hudson Road Be u ordained by etre Ciy ofBagiw. arAflowz THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: By changing a portion of a parcel of land located at 59 Hudson Road (Tax Map No. R-11, Part of Parcel No. 24) from Rural Residence and Agriculture District to Contract NeighboMrood Service Distinct. Said part of a parcel Containing 1.5 acres and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof. PROVIDED, HOWEVER THAT, in addition to the mandatory conditions Imposed by Chapter 165-7 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor, said change of zone is granted subject to the following Conditions: 1. The use anti/or operation of the subject premises shall be subject to the following limitations and/or restrictions. A.
